Out and About UK and Hungary
Venues listed here have not asked to be mentioned. I will only mention places I would go to again.
Restaurants
UK
Durham: try Oldfields which we expect would be suitable for business or leisure. Barry dined here in September 2012. Carefully sourced food, friendly atmosphere. http://www.oldfieldsrealfood.co.uk/
Hungary
Ferenz Lizst is perhaps one of the most famous Hungarians, and there is a square named after him. Of the many restaurants in the square one we have been to frequently is Fresco. The restaurants all have a main section in a building and another seating area outside, but the pavement around the square separates the building from the outside seating. As you pass from restaurant to restaurant you might experience greetings, as we were, in English, German and Hungarian.

Try the lava stone. While you might find a decent dinner at a lower price elsewhere, this is an upmarket location and at £55 for three mains, two starters, and something to drink the experience we had here is hard to beat.
