Project Organisation
All projects need to have their own organisation to reflect the need for control by the client, and to identify the formal and informal ways in which questions are raised, problems resolved and decisions are made. This is fully recognised by all project methodologies we have worked with, including PRINCE2 which is discussed in more detail in The Project Process
Even the simplest of projects requires the engagement of many stakeholders. The diagram below shows a typical example for property development.
